Improve the service life of your PERI products with regular maintenance

Available for a select range of our products, we can offer the cleaning and repair of your PERI assets.  Combining the knowledge or our systems with PERI genuine replacement parts and the skills of our operations teams, we can extend the life of your PERI products so that you can continue to get the best performance from them on site.  These services are available for panels of any width, with heights ranging from 0.3 - 3.3m and thicknesses up to 18cm.

What do we offer?

Cleaning of apertures
Tie points and location holes are cleared.


Formlining repairs
All tie holes are cleaned and plywood surface damage repaired. Bearing surfaces cleaned and straightened.


Panel refacing
Panels are refaced with 18mm PERI Fin-Ply cross-bonded, birch-veneer plywood and are coated on both sides with reinforced phenolic resin for durability and multiple re-uses.


Edge sealing
All unit edges are sealed with BFU 100 bonding


Repainting of external profiles
If required, all panels can be repainted (in the customer's corporate colours) and prepared for dispatch back to site.
