Underground MRT Station
Springleaf is a future underground MRT Station of the new Thomson-East Coast Line in Singapore that will be located next to the two-storey shophouses along Upper Thomson Road. Once completed, this station will serve the neighbourhood of Springleaf and Nee Soon Army Camp.
The station is expected to be open to public by 2020.
Requirements
- Formwork for single sided walls
- Shoring for slabs (up to thickness of 1.8 m and height of up to 13 m)

- With ST 100 Stacking Tower that has been designed for fast assembly and each application height can be easity planned with only one frame size, they are able to cast one of the slab height of 30 m high from the platform to the roof of the basement.
- Due to the nature of the skin walls, SB Brace Frames with VARIO GT 24 Girder Wall Formwork are used for the construction. As SB Brace Frames are very versatile, using the combination of both SB Brace Frames and VARIO GT 24 Wall Formwork, does not required form ties. It gives a good concreting finishes and a productive cycle time.
