The shareholders and the Advisory Board of the PERI Group have decided to change the management organization of the family-owned company: As of January 1, 2018, the Group Management of three managing directors, will be extended by a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and thus, from this date on, will consist of four persons.
Dr. Rudolf Huber (*1955), today´s Chairman of the Advisory Board will take over the newly created position as CEO. After studying business administration and earning his doctorate at the University of Zurich and various positions in the industry, he was a member of the Group Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer of the Geberit Group from 1992 to 2004. Since 2005 he has held various advisory and supervisory board mandates in large and well-known companies. He has been a member of the PERI Advisory Board since 2009 and has been its Chairman since 2011.
His successor as Chairman of the PERI Advisory Board will be Christian Schwoerer. As a member of the shareholder family, he was Managing Director of PERI Group for Finance and Organization until 2014 and then joined the Advisory Board. As Chairman of the Advisory Board, Christian Schwoerer will play an important role as link between the Group Management, the Advisory Board and the shareholders.
The other Managing Directors of PERI Group remain unchanged Alexander Schwoerer (Sales), Dr. Fabian Kracht (Finance & Organization) and Leonhard Braig (Product & Technology).
