Sales Engineer

Location : Jakarta, Indonesia

 

Responsibilities/Tasks
1. Objectives Goals :

  • Support the company to achieve the management plan revenue.
  • Identify and maintain customer relationships

2. Responsibilities / Tasks :

  • To scan the business landscape, connect with customers, meet, build and maintain good relationships, to negotiate and secure the deal.
  • Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • To understand and stay up-to-date the market trends including upcoming projects, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the related departments to align sales and promotional efforts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues escalated by team members in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update the CRM database timely and accurately.

3. Professional requirements, experience and skillset :

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or construction related qualifications.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry preferably in formwork or/and scaffolding industry.
  • Strong understanding in engineering and commercial.
  • Proficient in contract management and negotiation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia is added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, open-minded, growth-minded, result oriented.
  • Experience working in MNC/overseas environment is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge in CRM and Ms. Office.
