Project Manager

Location : Jakarta, Indonesia

Objective Goals:

  • Achieve the project objective within the given constrain (schedules, available materials, commitments, technical, logistics).
  • Provide good quality after sale service.
  • Heightening company profit through high level customer service (as PM).
  • On time submission and reconciliation of all invoices leads to on time collection payment
  • Regular coordination and communication with customers

Responsiblities/Tasks:

  • Attend Internal Kick-off meeting for newly awarded project to discuss contract, clarification, and endorsement from Sale to PM (Attendees: PM, Sales, Designer and Logistics, Site Instructor/Supervisor & Credit Management)
  • Attend External Kick-off meeting for project coordination (PM, Sales, Site Instructor and Client-Operations & Finance) - Explain & Transmit PERI Rental Criteria & Preventive material Care. - Use External Kick-off form (minutes of the meeting) and write down all the details agreed with the client (bounded by the contract).
  • Manage and coordinate all projects requirements (Formworks submittal, Design, Delivery priorities, schedules and methodologies, on-site trainings, etc.)
  • Monitor quality and technical accuracy of work that might affect the contract coverage.
  • Manage billing invoices (rental, system sale & components) - Submit to Order Management the final rental rate for invoicing (agreed rental amount versus delivered). - Checking of amount to be invoiced based on delivered materials. - Submission of billing invoices to clients. - Monitor all submitted billing invoices. - Reconcile all invoice with concern to fast track the payment collection. -Coordinate with Credit Management for Collection of payment and other finance concern.
  • Communicate all formworks concerns to ensure that the equipment is use in safe and efficient manner. (Supported by PS)
  • Submit reminder letter/email regarding Rental extension.
  • Monitor return transaction particularly charges and inform the client immediately (Compensation, Cleaning & Repair, Offcut, and losses or unreturned) with Damage Report from Yard Logistics.
  • Keep and secure all documents for reconciliation

Professional requirements, experience and skillset:

  • Must have 5 years extensive experience in Formworks Industry (Contract Management, Operations and Logistics)
  • Long term experience as a Formwork/Project Manager and Project Team Leader
  • Knowledge in construction process and planning of Formworks.
  • Must have good verbal and written English.
  • Good knowledge MS Office suite and material management software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on and problem-solving attitude
  • Good organizational skills and structured work approach
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Goal-oriented, trustworthy and reliable person
